Delivery Policy

Deliveries are made through contract partners and will take place from Monday to Friday during business hours, exceptions to schedules or deliveries with particularities, where the deal is made with the customer and carrier.

- Deadlines: delivery deadlines are according to the Carrier's Transit-Time, and are informed at the time of the Order according to the CEP, it does not contain possible unforeseen occurrences on the way. With the Correios operator, when the delay is verified, a protocol is opened with a period of 5 working days next to it.
