Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges and returns must be requested within a period of up to 7 working days after receiving the goods, through the Service Channel.

- Breakdowns / Losses; the checking of the goods must be at the time of delivery, if there is any irregularity with the volumes, the item must be described with handwritten refusal on the back of the invoice and a Return Note issued.

- Losses on the Carrier route; the recipient will be informed of the lack of the product. After checking for 3 working days, the partial delivery of the volumes is negotiated with the recipient and the NFD is generated. If the volume(s) is located within 3 business days, they will be allocated again and will continue to be delivered in full.

- Losses on the Post Office route; Once the loss is confirmed, a protocol is issued within 5 working days, if it is not found, a new shipment similar to the order will be generated.
