According to art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the customer may withdraw from the purchase of the product within a maximum period of 7 calendar days, including the refund of all amounts eventually paid. This period is valid from the moment the goods are delivered or the service contract is signed.

After analysis by the responsible sector, the consumer will have information for sending the product.
If the purchase is made by credit card, Stevia Soul will immediately contact the finance company so that the transaction is not computed on the card statement. If this is not possible, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the amounts charged.
